Ragetti still doesn't touch his phone too much, not wanting to accidentally trigger the self-destruct function that he's sure exists somewhere inside it, but he has taken to poking around Kansai's internet in his downtime.

Anyway, after that interesting conversation he overheard the other day, Gai is just going to pop online and run a couple of searches: one for Populist and one for Tezukayama Private Elementary School, plus one including both terms to see what he can find...]

[So the Populist is on Cardinal under the name @/southwardrep; she is a member of the city council as the Special Lead Representative of the South Ward. (The city is divided into North Ward, Center Ward [far larger than the small central neighborhood called Chuo], and South Ward, so these regions do have far more than one representative on the council.) Her main talking point right now is that the Sword and Firearms Law should be repealed so that the citizens of Kansai can be armed to defend themselves against criminals identified through the Akudama Go app, though she also boasts about the manufacturing and construction initiatives in her home neighborhood of Old Shinsekai.

Tezukayama Private Elementary School is in the southeast of Kansai, a fair distance away from the probation areas. It's in one of the only affluent neighborhoods of the South Ward. Unlike many other elementary schools in Kansai, there are uniforms, and even a state-of-the-art botanical garden.

Your combined search reveals a photo op of this woman with a little girl in said uniform.]

The first shot in the divine justice against the Execution Division was fired by this unfortunate little girl whose parents were both taken away from her by the previous massacre of ordinary citizens. While the past can never be restored, Populist has raised funds for a full scholarship to Tezukayama Private Elementary School to ensure her future.

The photo is a selfie, consisting of a blood splattered Damian staring at the camera with nothing but rage in his heart, Goliath the Dragon Bat in the background, and Wizard holding up bunny ears over Damian's head. Oh, and the Commissioner's severed head, held up by the hair by the bloody fifteen year old.
