WEEK 3
On Saturday, it is relentlessly sunny. Sunday too. Monday will be the same but with a lot of wind. For now, you get a new area: Old Shinsekai, the den of depravity surrounding the police station. Will you venture into the unknown and seedy? Or retreat into the familiar pods, keep bothering your overseers?
Maybe you plan something else altogether.

SUNDAY
INVESTIGATION
[Honestly... this place, Old Shinsekai, is a positive change of pace for Jake. After the shitshow that was last week, all he even wanted was distractions from the pain. This place, the shadiness of it all, made him feel at home.
He found himself parking by the machine and repair shop, reminiscing about the simpler days back at Dead End, helping around his Uncle Mack's own repair shop. The good days...]
(Wo)rld Peace Alleys (INVESTIGATION)
[The name of this place gave Jake an almost depressing laugh. But right now? He was looking to search around the place for anything interesting.
Going through the front doors of the, are there any ne'er-do-wells or is Jake alone? Anything else catch his eyes as he enters?]

It's quiet. No ne'er-do-wells at the exact moment. Eerie without the lights turned on.]

Jake pulled his lighter out of his jacket pocket for a bit more light where the sun couldn't reach.
Next, he's going to search around for any side rooms or stairwells in this place. Especially "employees only" areas, those lead to progress.]

Daily Life + INVESTIGATION
[* It seems more area has opened up for them. Flowey's not going to waste this opportunity. However, he may have a different way of going about it than most people. While some investigate the old and abandoned, Flowey decided to sit amongst a sea of humans, listening wo whatever tidbits he finds the most interesting. After all, the common citizen has the most direct account, even if it's biased in some way.]
Hyper Zone
[* Well, now that Hyperzone is back up and open, it seems that Flowey is eager to try his vines at this place again. He may spot you eying a competitive 2-player game.]
Oh! Howdy! Saw you looking at that machine. Care for a one-on-one?
Hospital Halls
[* It seems Flowey is very direct right now. He pops in front of you with a friendly smile.]
Howdy! Heh... New week, huh? What do you think will happen? I can barely wait to find out!
yakitori bar
It actually might be better for your heart than that okonomiyaki place you like.
I still miss it though...
Not like Umeda is actually safer right now. General was on the rampage last night!
To be honest, I'd feel a lot safer with a—
Honey!
Well, I would. Populist is right.
[The party of four finishes their meal in awkward silence.]

* SAVE FAILED
* Hmm... It wouldn't do Flowey much good to just go in and act like nothing on the billboard is true, but he'd really like more info. So instead of bothering them, he'll just ask someone else nearby.]
Howdy. Excuse me, but little old me wants to ask you a question... You see... I don't know all that much about Populist. Can you tell me more?
[* Flowey's face is shown to be 100% innocent.]

You know... They call her the gal who wants to give everyone a gun... Heh. It's the Firearms and Sword law. Maybe that's what would work better for something like you...
[They turn back to their food.]

Well, of all the places, one in particular draws her interest more than the others. So she starts off the day investigating the Cybernetics Mall. Casually walking in and eying up the displays. There's some pretty interesting things here. It's clear a lot of this stuff is well beyond the average person's price range. But that makes her wonder if the prices aren't meant to scare people off.
Maybe a direct approach...]
Is there any way you'd consider a discount?
[Success or fail though, she's going to enjoy the Cyber Sushi place afterwards. She tests out the voice command. Again... and again... with increasing curiosity and increasingly odd ingredients.]
It just keeps coming...

[The guy stops polishing a metal arm and squints at Rachel.]
Don't see anything missing. You asking for a friend?
no subject
Is there anything I can do? I'll do whatever you need me to.

...no explosions coming from you, I'm guessing. Let me get some notes. It'll help me tell you what I'd want help with. What about you? I'll need some idea how much of your time would be worth what you want.
