Starting Saturday, the layer of clouds in the sky is more solid than ever. Overcast, reflecting the neon light of the city. By Sunday, you'll see more colors than ever, as several new areas are added to the span of your probation. And some areas aren't, but might see an approach anyway. Do the pods containing six weeks of treatment daunt you in the slightest now that judgment awaits at the end of the fourth week? Though faithful treatment participants only experience flashes on the upper third of their bodies now, their counterparts will experience occasional waves of isolating existential coldness. Does your physically present overseer have anything to say for herself? Just remember one thing: Kanto is watching and waiting.

[The voice of his friend resumes. The charge begins, but never reaches Flowey, as everything starts to fade away.]

They're really just like the loathsome humanity in our world. Setting aside the exceptions you hold so dear, I know what I'd want to do in your shoes. [Destroy it all.] If that was too unpleasant, I thought you'd at least turn back, like you did with me. To stay behind and ACT... then you really do have DETERMINATION even without me.

[* Flowey was prepared this time. He mentally prepared to dodge, to weave, to bob... and then the charge just stopped. And THEY started talking to him. Talking about how he wants to destroy them all. Sure, it'd be easy to do. He's had loads of practice. ...Humanity...]

[* These... humans, these sickos who never even stop and consider any other option, blindly worshipping their little twisted, freakish cults. Flowey's face turns horrific.]

So that's it? You all see me and you just go and attack me...? What the hell did I ever do to you sickos?

[* Flowey summons some thorned vines and a plethora of magic bullets.]

[* Suddenly, all the bullets dissipate and vines sink back into the ground. Flowey finally turns to Chara and boops their nose with a vine, making a playful face.]

You really are an idiot.

If humans were all so despicable as you want me to believe, then why do they have the concepts akudama and zendama? Evil and good?

[And yet Chara, that feeling when a number increases, isn't intimidated at all. They almost look more like a human child than ever, truly surprised by Flowey's rhetorical question. Why would it not be totally obvious to him?]

[* To keep score... Those words reverberate in Flowey's thoughts. As he's being taken out of the pod and being put back onto the ground, Flowey decides to get... metaphorical.]

[* His not-so-nice will always be with him. Or, rather, be a part of him... The part of him that sees nothing but lines of code and numbers to go up... for just things to be completed. To kill, to main, to get caught up in the moment.

* And he'll have to constantly prove that part of himself wrong. As one game ends, another begins.
