Starting Saturday, the layer of clouds in the sky is more solid than ever. Overcast, reflecting the neon light of the city. By Sunday, you'll see more colors than ever, as several new areas are added to the span of your probation. And some areas aren't, but might see an approach anyway. Do the pods containing six weeks of treatment daunt you in the slightest now that judgment awaits at the end of the fourth week? Though faithful treatment participants only experience flashes on the upper third of their bodies now, their counterparts will experience occasional waves of isolating existential coldness. Does your physically present overseer have anything to say for herself? Just remember one thing: Kanto is watching and waiting.

Rose Garden

[Zenos has been thinking since Saturday—and it shows, in the way he has withdrawn as if considering a plan to deal with this foreboding dissatisfaction he feels. It's been increasingly hard to speak with him, but for once, one might be able to catch him in the gardens, admiring the blooms.

It's there that, before a patch of well maintained pink roses, Zenos stands with his hand not resting atop his revolver-scabbard, but over the folded handle of a different weapon entirely.]

They remind me of Ala Mhigo, [he muses aloud at the sound of footsteps,] it almost makes me melancholy to see them.

Power Plant (Investigation?)

[Just as Garlemald thrived on magitek, so too does Kansai thrive on its electrical resource. It is a thought that is brought Zenos to the power plant, for if he is to finally lift his finger to dismantle his cage, he will do so smartly.

He stands at its entrance and, whether he's allowed to be here or not, will push past anyone without even sparing them a glance. If one were to attempt to destroy said power plant? Where would one start?]

[You are approaching a building that has a personality, much like the dome did when Sephiroth attacked it. There's a hyperbolic shape - a tower tighter in the middle. The bottom half, easy enough to enter with your forceful approach, is the ordinary half. It is the upper half where power rushes down towards the apex.

Continue approach towards apex? You might overhear interesting gossip on the course of your approach.]

[Zenos keeps his gaze trained upwards on the apex, his heavy footfalls carrying him towards it. He does, however, keep his ears trained to the people around him. He is always down for some hot goss.]

"Just ignore him. It looks like he's going somewhere else."
"Couldn't this be a threat to the entire city...?"
"What would that guy even need with antimatter?"
"I guess at least if he takes only one, it'll be generated again in time. But what if he takes both of them?"
"Then generators will handle it. There's barely 24 hours until the Shinkansen is uncut, right?"
"No way! Are you telling me Technocrat got the contract for the time crystals after all?"

[ Ah, the rose garden...this is a familiar sight, and one he's walked upon with the other not too long ago. He's not entirely surprised to see him here once more.

Sephiroth himself has been relatively occupied since then, however, so it's been awhile since they've crossed paths in a leisurely manner. He eyes the sizable scythe, but then his eyes flicker back to the roses around them. ]

Ala Mhigo? I presume it's a place of some relevance to you?
