WEEK 3
On Saturday, it is relentlessly sunny. Sunday too. Monday will be the same but with a lot of wind. For now, you get a new area: Old Shinsekai, the den of depravity surrounding the police station. Will you venture into the unknown and seedy? Or retreat into the familiar pods, keep bothering your overseers?
Maybe you plan something else altogether.

The second is an elaborate series of access codes (multi-factor authentication and so on) that are to be physically entered at Chuo Tower.
The third is her email account, which is protected by access codes that are purely digital, slightly less elaborate. There is a gap in activity from April Naniwa Year 29 to December Naniwa Year 30. Afterwards, you see a lot of correspondence. Once you sift through broader urban matters, it seems to fit with her testimony that she was following incredibly vague orders to corral the X-Class Akudama. Most striking is with the Governor. Here are is the first email he sent to her after the gap:]
I can't thank you enough for coming out of retirement like this. For such a big favor, I'd usually get you tickets to Kanto right away. But thanks to the Akudama Seven, that won't be possible. I'm even sadder to say that your budget might even be lowered due to the funds we need to raise for the reconstruction of the Shinkansen. You'll understand when you speak with the Physicist and the Zealot for yourself that the next several months might be... difficult. But you're the only person I can trust with this duty. We've lived through the war. Nobody else needs to see for themselves what Kansai was like before Kanto showed us the light.
[And here is the most recent email from Tuesday:]
It's finally happening. The ribbon-cutting ceremony for the reopening of the Shinkansen will be Friday, September 10th. You'd think that the Entertainer's travesty would cause further delay, but it lit a fire under us instead. Will you be able to make it? Loyalist is going to be there too. I think not being able to visit Kanto for so long has been getting to him. It's certainly more difficult to maintain communications with my colleagues, especially after what happened on the blimp in Izumisano, but Loyalist takes it to another level, always checking that new phone of his. Maybe he's just waiting for news of another competitor's death. Centrist's accident must have hit him hard.
Anyway, Ichiza is open whenever you want to meet one last time. Yes, I mean it, the second story with the view of the window and the map. Please don't worry about the price. I will pay.
